The hotel's location is convenient, just outside a station and with good eateries nearby. the breakfast options offer decent variety and the housekeeping is polite. You'll appreciate the clean rooms and functional AC, but unfortunately no windows in some rooms.
Sadly, the front office staff needs some work.

the location was convenient, with decent eateries nearby and tea/coffee maker in the room. the room was small and lacked windows, making it feel claustrophobic.
To start with, there were cleanliness issues - the bed linen had stains, toilet seat was dusty, and I even spotted some creepy crawly creatures in the room and washroom. the lights in my room wouldn't come on and once they were fixed, the AC was spewing water onto the extra bed.

What a pleasant surprise! The hotel was located conveniently close to the train station with great food options nearby. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the tea and coffee maker in the room, and the AC worked perfectly to keep us comfortable. The breakfast spread was decent with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.
The WiFi wasn't working during our stay, which was a bit of a letdown. the rooms were a bit small for two adults and lacked windows in most cases.
